Q. Why would I consider E-Giving?

It makes it easy to support the vision and mission of all of us at The River Community Church. E-Giving is accessible online anytime, day or night, and it is easy to set-up and use.  You may choose to make your tithes, gifts or offerings by credit card or from your checking or savings accounts.

Q. How safe is Online Giving?
Electronic fund transfers are regulated by the Federal Reserve and are less risky than checks because they cannot be lost or stolen. We further protect your safety by utilizing the latest technology in e-Security.

Q. When will the contribution be deducted from my account?
Online contributions may be set up to be deducted whenever you request. For instance, one-time, weekly, or monthly on the dates that you choose. It's totally up to you.

Q. May I direct where my gifts are allocated?
Yes! You may contribute as you wish... to The River’s General Fund or Imagine/Finish Strong.

Q. I've always used my canceled checks for my tax records. Now what?
Your bank statement will provide you with a list of all automatic giving transactions. Of course, The River will continue to send you an annual contribution report that is acceptable to the IRS.

Q. Can I make changes after I've started?
Absolutely! Once your set up your own profile on our secure web page, you may make changes to your giving at any time…  day or night.
